马银行: 经济增长强劲 银行业贷款明年增10%

10-20分钟批准贷款,应该是和RHB EASY一样,走kiosk路线。
无纸,快捷,方便是其中的特征。
银行无纸运作在外国已成趋势,大马应该奋起直追。

Maybank OneSolution相信可以提高贷款成长,减少开分行成本
至于贷款素质如何,就要往后再看。
但我觉得如果不是大数目(几万),就应该撒网争取。
银行谨慎是好,但太谨慎也不是我杯茶。

(吉隆坡28日讯)马银行(Maybank,1155,主板金融股)预期,明年银行业贷款有望增长10%。
马银行总裁兼总执行长拿督斯里阿都华希表示,第三季经济增长5.2%相当强劲,迈入2013年,
推行各种经济转型执行方案(ETP)将继续推动经济。

“我们内部预测明年经济可增长5%。这主要是考虑到政府陆续实行各种计划,
银行领域扮演重要角色。因此,预计贷款将持续增长。

”阿都华希今日在谷中城分行推介“马银行一站式服务”(Maybank OneSolution)时说,
根据一些宏观经济指标,银行业和马银行明年将稳健。

另一方面,马银行社区金融服务副总裁兼主管林方达表示,
提供多种基本银行服务的服务台成本介于2万5000令吉至6万令吉,可节省设立分行所需成本80%。

KUALA LUMPUR: (Maybank)Malayan Banking Bhd's (Maybank)latest service Maybank One Solution will allow for personal loans to be approved within 10 to 20 minutes from a few days previously, making it the fastest ever approval time for Malaysia's largest bank.

Maybank One Solution is a new bundled offering via kiosk banking concept which aims to cement the group's leadership in the domestic retail banking segment. It provides an integrated seven-in-one financial products bundled with fast approval and activation in 10 minutes.

It is essentially a money management solution that gives financial empowerment to the customer.
The seven services provided include Personal Saver, Flexi Saver Plan, Personal Cash,
ASB Flexi Loan, ASB Flexi Cash, Premium PA Plus and Domestic Travel Care.
The Personal Saver account requires only RM10 as initial deposit.

For starters, this service is delivered only through kiosks located at branch self-service terminal areas,
shopping malls or hypermarkets. These kiosks operate from 9am to 8pm, seven days a week.

Maybank's president andchief executive officer Datuk Seri Abdul Wahid Omar
said with the introduction ofMaybank One Solution, cross-selling of products increases,
and is hence targeting the ratio of products
sold to a customer to increase to 2.5 from 1.8.

The new service requires one sign-up and no forms to fill.
All that is required is a three-in-one smart terminal incorporating an e-signature pad, PIN pad and MyKad reader.

“The Maybank One Solution has already been piloted over the last seven months and has received
encouraging response from 30,000 customers. Currently, we have 25 kiosks and will have a total of 33 by year-end.

By 2013, we aim to add another 45 new kiosks nationwide,” Wahid told reporters after the launch of the service yesterday.

Of the 33 kiosks, 15 are in existing branches, eight in shopping malls and 10 in hypermarkets.

Wahid added that further studies would have to be made before Maybank decided to introduce the service
to its branches outside of Malaysia. “We will include Islamic banking products and some other products moving forward.
By having a kiosks instead of a branch, this gives us a cost savings of some 80%.”

Maybank deputy president and head, community financial services,
Lim Hong Tat said that the 45 new kiosks for next year would cost about RM40,000 each.

Lim said that this year, Maybank had added 400,000 new accounts, out of which 90% were mass market accounts.
Currently Maybank has some 9 million retail customers.

“Mass market accounts refer to those with savings of RM50,000 and below, or a salary of RM3,000 and below.
We hope to convert 30% to 40% of these mass market accounts into Maybank One Solution accounts,” said Lim.

這種快速的貸款和平常的貸款有什麼不同?除了你寫的特徵外。專門給個人還是公司的?

这种快速贷款我不清楚有什么不同,因为没借过。不过RHB EASI 的我问过,其实也是要有收入证明然后他们会看情况批几多给你。

不过他的方便之处是你只需带IC, 他们会查出你的公积金,然后算可以借几多给你。很方便

MBB的是如何我就不清楚了,想应该是差不多一样的
